Resolved —
Following on from our earlier notification, we believe the fault has now
been cleared as the affected network have removed some faulty equipment from
the routing. We are continuing to test and monitor but consider that the issues are now resolved.

Unfortunately the fault we mentioned yesterday appears to have returned, we have been working with the affected network overnight and will provide an update once we have more news.
The problem appears to be isolated to ported calls entering our network in
specific northern locations.
