Monitoring — We have identified and resolved the cause of the earlier issue affecting access to the Dial 9 Portal & Phone System Control Panel. We will continue to monitor this and will provide further updates as necessary.

Investigating — We're currently investigating an issue that is affecting connectivity to the Dial 9 Portal & Phone System Control Panel. We will provide further updates as we have them. Incoming and outgoing calls are unaffected.
