Resolved — We have now received confirmation that the final 5% of service is restored and no further issues have been identified, therefore we are content that all services have been restored.
Monitoring — Following on from yesterdays updates we still do not have a full all clear notice from BT, however we continue to be confident that there is no impact on traffic routing through the network. We will continue to monitor and will send a further update once we are confident the fault is entirely rectified.
Identified — BT have now advised this is caused by a faulty fibre connection within the network. Their repair work continues and they will be providing further updates in due course.
Identified — Following the previous update, BT have advised that this is still being worked on. They are due to update us within the next 1-2 hours.
Investigating — We have now been advised by BT that this outage has been linked to a major network issue in the London area, their engineers are on site working on this now. As much re-routing to avoid the problem areas as possible is in place. We will be providing further updates as soon as we can.
