Monitoring — We’re aware of an issue with some Dial 9 customers having trouble when calling UK landline numbers. The issue has been isolated to one of our onward carriers, we have mitigated this by re-routing the affected calls, and calls are connecting normally. We will continue to monitor this and work with the affected carrier.
