Audio issues with incoming calls into non-geo numbers ported from AQL/Telephony Services

Resolved — We are pleased to report that this issue is now fully resolved.

Monitoring — We have now had confirmation from AQL that these issues are now resolved. We are informed that this was caused by a faulty interconnect between AQL and BT. We will continue to monitor and provide further updates as necessary, but customers should no longer experience any call quality problems.

Identified — AQL/Telephony services are currently investigating an issue that is affecting audio on the caller's side, during calls routing through non-geo numbers that have been ported from themselves to other providers such as Dial 9. We will provide further updates as soon as we receive them.
