Resolved — We are now happy that the issues with the upstream provider have been fully resolved and all calls are routing correctly.

Monitoring — The upstream provider have now restored partial service and so far in our testing any incoming calls via their network are routing correctly to our network. We'll continue to monitor and update our status as more information is available.

Identified — We're aware of an issue with one of our upstream providers that may affect some inbound and outbound calls through our network. The issues are being investigated and we will be providing updates as soon as we have them.
