Issues with numbers ported from O2 and EE

Resolved — We've been advised that the issue which caused numbers ported from O2 and EE to fail was fixed at 6am this morning.

Identified — We've received confirmation that there is a core routing issue within the BT network, they are attending to this issue and hope to have this resolved shortly.

Investigating — We're currently aware that calls to ported numbers from mobile networks are failing to route to our network, this has been reported to all carriers involved and we hope to have a resolution soon.
