Monitoring — We believe we have identified the issue with these registrations and deployed some configuration changes to alleviate the issue. If you still have issues, please feel free to get in touch.
Investigating — We're currently aware of an issue which affects some Snom phone registering with our SIP service. We are still investigating the issue and will update this issue when we know more. Users may find their phone does not show as being registered and thus not allowing outbound calls to be made. Incoming calls appear not to be affected.
