Resolved — This issue has been confirmed resolved and calls to numbers ported from Simwood are completing successfully.

Monitoring — Simwood believe this issue is now resolved and we are now seeing calls reaching our network. They're continuing to monitor and we will be providing further updates if any are received.

Identified — Simwood are investigating this issue as they're seeing a number of connectivity issues with a variety of ported numbers to different networks, we'll provide more updates as they come in.

Investigating — We're investigating an issue following reports of ported incoming calls from Simwood not routing to end users' equipment. We've raised this with Simwood as these calls don't appear to be reaching our network. We'll be providing further updates as soon as we have them.
