Resolved — Further to our previous update, we believe the fault has now been cleared. We are continuing to test and monitor but no further issues have been reported.
Investigating — We are aware of audio issues affecting a number of ported numbers that transit specific routes into our network, having carried out thorough investigations we believe we have isolated the fault to beyond our network and we are working with the original range holder of the numbers to try and resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. We will provide further updates once we have them.
